Warranty
All Galo Watches are covered by a two-year international warranty, starting from the date of shipment. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
If a defect covered by the warranty is found, Galo Watches will, at its discretion, repair or replace the watch at no cost to the customer. Repairs or replacements will be carried out using new or refurbished parts that meet our quality standards.
Please note that this warranty does not cover:
* Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or aging of materials.
* Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, or neglect.
* Water damage resulting from failure to follow the stated water resistance guidelines.
* Damage or issues arising from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or the use of non-original parts.
* Straps, bracelets, or other accessories, unless clearly defective upon receipt.
For your warranty to remain valid, the watch must be used and maintained in accordance with the care instructions provided by Galo Watches. To make a warranty claim, proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue are required.
