We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Galo Watches. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Returns

* The watch must be in brand-new, unworn condition, with all protective stickers intact.

* All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be returned in perfect condition.

* Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage, or that have been sized, modified, or engraved, cannot be returned.

* For hygiene reasons, straps and bracelets must be unused and in their original wrapping.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at team@watchesgalo.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

2. Pack the watch securely in its original box and outer packaging.

3. Ship the watch back using a trackable and insured service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
